Wayne Timura, P.E., has a unique blend of technical and business leadership expertise gained from many years of national and international experience in commercial real estate, finance, facility design and construction.
Wayne specializes in advising and representing corporate owner-users and tenants on their real estate development projects. He works to deliver value-added services to achieve cost effective and appropriate solutions to totally satisfy his clients’ needs.
Prior to establishing Next Level Development, Inc.; which includes Westmont Construction and Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC in Colorado Springs, Wayne was a corporate real estate executive with global responsibility with two international corporations. One included a multi-year European assignment in Geneva, Switzerland. Previous positions included; construction manager for another international corporation, project engineer for a general contractor and two engineering firms.
Wayne received his MS degree in engineering and management plus a BS in civil engineering from the University of Vermont. He is a registered professional engineer, a licensed general contractor and an employing real estate broker.
Community service and professional leadership are high priorities for Wayne. He served for a number of terms on the Colorado Springs Downtown Partnership board and served two terms on the Colorado College Business and Community Alliance board. He is the past chair of El Paso County’s Zoning Board of Adjustment, the DRB/Planning Commission for the City’s downtown district and the Tri-Lakes YMCA Board. He was a multi-term VP for the Rocky Mountain CORENET Global chapter. Wayne was a founding member/co-chair of the Hopkinton, Massachusetts downtown Design Review Board. He is a Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers association member.
